I got this silk midi dress from a consignment store, so I have linked other options! I love the bright colors and the unique pattern designed by Tory Burch. The vest adds texture, too. I might have worn other shoes, but when I travel, I try to pack as few shoes as possible. A simple block heel or a flat would pair nicely as well.
