You might think this sounds silly coming from someone who has loved fashion from an early age, but recently, I’ve had so much fun mixing and matching items in my closet. New and old.

A thrill comes from it. Sometimes I think, wow these pieces really do look great together. Other times I realize maybe I shouldn’t walk out of the house. I enjoy putting together pieces that don’t necessarily match but go. For instance, the look above. I have a hard time styling this skirt because of the material, color and fit. I added the simple black Michael Stars tee and leopard sneakers to make this look easy yet interesting.
