You know as well as I do that Gucci shoes are everywhere these days! Everybody’s wearing them: bloggers, your boss, your neighbor… you name it. Because of this, I decided to highlight their shoes as this week’s Friday Finds. I searched my favorite consignment retailers, and this is just a peak at what’s out there. Shopping consignment is a great way to buy into a trend without paying full price, and let’s be real, full price can be a lot.
I styled these cords another way for y’all! I look like a Halloween tablecloth, but I’m in a festive mood. Christmas music is already playing in my car, and I can’t wait to decorate a Christmas tree.

My hair will continue to be on top of my head if it stays this hot. Mercy…
Skirts can be hard to style. You want the perfect top to tuck in, to leave out or to sit right at the top of your waistband. I often avoid skirts unless I know I have that perfect top to pair back. I bought this skirt as a set to the matching blouse, BUT I hadn’t figured out what else to pair it with until I felt inspired by its texture. I tucked this old eyelet blouse into the skirt for the perfect work look.
Get inspired by what you already have in your closet!
I’m thankful I can wear most anything to work. “Athleisure Mondays” are the best because they make starting a new week a little easier. You can wear your favorite workout gear whether you’re an Adidas girl or love Lululemon. A fairly loose dress code also allows me to be creative. I can look like I have a “real” job and wear a blouse and trousers, OR I can wear my new wide-leg chambray pants and five inch platforms. I don’t think those would fly at JP Morgan.
Do you have a dress code? I’d love to hear how you get creative with your workwear.
I’ve been traveling more than usual, so that explains why my blog posts haven’t been as consistent. But now that I’m back, I wanted to share some fun pieces for spring.
First of all, florals and ruffles are HOT. Both of these trends are a must this spring and summer, so I’ve linked a few more of my favorites below. I’m also in-love with these white resin earrings! They pop against any hair color and match every outfit. Don’t forget to check out the embroidered straw clutch above. You can always count on Hazen and Co to spice up your accessory game.
This look is the perfect example of pairing classic investment pieces with trendy fast fashion. As many of you know, the Who What Wear line at Target is amazing, filled with both your classic workwear and vibrant pops of color and trend. I combined this asymmetrical striped dress with the ultimate Gucci loafer.
Thanks for stopping by!
Now that the weather is cooling off, it’s time to breakout your favorite outerwear. This wrap has treated me well over the last few fall and winter seasons, and I see a bright future ahead. Below I’ve tagged some of my favorite wraps you should consider welcoming into your closet.
Today I’ve found some of 2017’s hottest handbags below retail price. How you ask? Well, there is a site called The Real Real which sells amazing consignment pieces from vintage to new with tags.
The bags I chose have been lightly used, maybe carried only a handful of times. You can tell they were taken care of by the photos shown on the website.
This bag retails around $1700, and you can get it for $1595. I love the stitching of this bag, and the color can be carried all seasons. Don’t be afraid to wear white after Labor Day!
This bag retails for $2200, but The Real Real is selling it for $1495. Fendi is all the rage right now, and I can’t stay away from the bold colors they are using.
The bird bag is selling for $1465 in store but $995 on The Real Real. Don’t you love the embroidery?
This Chloe bag has been around for the last couple of seasons, but I love the addition of the flowers. It will pair nicely with winter whites or a chunky burgundy sweater. It retails for $2625 but you can get it for $1276.
This classic Gucci bamboo sells for $2390, but you can get it for $1895. This bag may be a favorite of this season, but it will never go out of style. A great investment piece.
You may think of the original LV monogram when you think of Louis Vuitton, but darling little crossbody is a great addition to your wardrobe. It is selling for $2600 verse $3550 retail.
This bag has definitely been the golden ticket of 2017. You really can’t go wrong with Gucci though. Get this bag $355 off retail at $1995.
Chanel might not be realistic for most of us, but I thought I would include this beauty anyway. It’s $200 off on The Real Real.
I love the color blocking on this bag! Get it for $717, almost $1000 off.
This bag is all yours for $1125. The multicolor medallions keep the bag whimsical while the black backside keeps it transitional.
As you can tell, I love crossbodies. They make a statement while keeping your hands free. I hope you all enjoyed the 2017 handbag roundup!
