I’ve never whitened my teeth before, so when Smile Brilliant reached out to me regarding a collaboration, I jumped at the opportunity. It’s something that I’ve been wanting to try as I realize I may not have taken the best care of my teeth growing up.
It’s an easy process. First, they send you the whitening kit. This includes the whitening and desensitizing gels and putty to make the molds. Once you make the molds, you ship them off and in return you receive the plastic molds of your teeth.
I did it all from my home, which is what I loved about this process. I never had to go into a dentist’s office or pick up the supplies. Everything arrived at my doorstep.
I chose to whiten my teeth every other day to decrease sensitivity, as well as to use the desensitizing gel after each whitening session.
Each session can last up to 3 hours depending on your preference, which allowed me to be productive while whitening. I often got ready for a night out, worked on my blog and cooked while whitening my teeth.
