This top is one of the pieces I purchased from the Zara sale! Unfortunately it’s not available anymore, but I tagged something similar. Embroidery is all the rage, which I’m sure you’ve noticed, so don’t be afraid to add a piece to your closet! It should be a staple of your summer wardrobe.

Here lies a little 60’s and 70’s inspiration. I mixed a mini skirt with a flowy blouse. The blouse adds interest and the heels elongate my legs. AND I’m in love with these new J. Crew earrings! I’m going to wear them through the fall with cream sweaters and my boyfriend jeans.

I wore this dress to a formal a couple of weeks ago with statement earrings and black heels. Instead of buying another dress that I can only wear to formal functions, I decided to purchase something that is more versatile. I can wear this dress to church with booties, out to dinner, or more casually, shown here. Although these platform sandals are no longer available, I found a few replacements.

Black and white is definitely a common combination in my wardrobe and probably yours, too. This is a new take on a classic. I’m wearing a midi fringed skirt that looks more like a typical spring and summer skirt, but paired with a darker top and heat like we’ve had, you can pull it off. The top and skirt can both be purchased from Luxury Garage Sale, but above are a few other options.
