I hope you had a great weekend! I was back in Memphis for a few days with extended family, and we had a blast. After celebrating the life of my great aunt, we were able to enjoy time with cousins, aunts and uncles and grandparents. Circumstances weren’t ideal, but it was special being with people we don’t see often.
Today, I’m highlighting a summer classic: eyelet. Specifically a white eyelet blouse. This is a piece you can wear every summer for years to come. I bought this blouse at a Houston boutique, but I linked similar options for you. Style one of these blouses with your denim shorts, white jeans or a colorful skirt – such versatility!
Thanks for stopping by! XO, MS

Are you loving the tie dye trend?! Because I am! I’ve sprinkled tie dye into my wardrobe in a few ways: a workout top, a sweatsuit and this tee. I’m trying not to go overboard, but the bright colors are hard to resist. I’ve had friends make their own tie dye pieces too which have all turned out really cute (using a kit by this brand.)
This tee is the perfect cropped length for any of your high waisted shorts and pants. I’ve even paired it with a white tennis skirt for after dinner walks. How have you incorporated tie dye into your wardrobe?
I hope you have a safe and healthy weekend! XO, MS

I love creating new looks with old pieces! I’ve had the coat and jeans for years but never thought about pairing them together until the other day. Before I walked out the door, I decided I probably needed an extra layer, and this is the only coat that went with my outfit. In my mind, it’s warmer than it really is. Hurry up spring!
I challenge you to create a new combination out of pieces you already have!

Congratulations to the Vanns! It was so fun to be home with new and old friends from Dallas and Memphis as we celebrated Callie and Keaton. The wedding was black tie optional, so I opted for this short dress and metallic shoe combo. Unfortunately, this is the best picture I got of the dress, but click the links above for more detail! It was super comfortable and feels appropriate for many different occasions. Highly recommend!! I also recommend sizing a half size up in these heels.

Happy Monday, friends! It’ll be hard to get back into my work routine after traveling around Portugal for a week (photos to come)! I do love my own bed though!
Today, I’m sharing yesterday’s church look. I am slowly transitioning into my fall wardrobe, but it seems like the weather is transitioning even slower. Once cooler temps hit, a fur vest and over the knee boots will complete this look!
