Black and white – a classic combo that you can dress up or down! I don’t have this exact dress linked because I purchased it a year or so ago, but I linked a dress by the same designer in the same fabric! Slip dresses are everywhere, so recreate my look with some of the others I found! Don’t forget to layer the white vest on top for a day to night look.
HAPPY FRIDAY!! I “graduated” from physical therapy this week, so it’s only fitting that this week’s Friday Finds highlights my favorite workout gear. After a year or so without running, I’m slowly building my endurance back up. Sometimes we just need a new pair of leggings to get us excited about working out again (maybe this is just me)! I own and love all of the items listed below!
“Are those the sneakers that come dirty and cost a lot of money?” Why yes, they are. My roommate’s boyfriend asked this, and I get his point. I exclaimed, “Do you see these details?” It seems a little ridiculous that these sneakers are distressed and dingy before you even wear them, but I love them even still. If you don’t want to pay full price (and I understand why), consignment is a great option for you. And to be honest, they already look worn, so no one will even know you weren’t the first to wear them. I linked lots of options below!

Happy Monday! It can be hard getting dressed in the morning, especially Monday mornings, when all you want to do is sleep another hour. When you’re stuck, grab your favorite jeans and chambray top. It sounds risky, but when done right, you can look effortless and cool. I like a darker bottom with a lighter wash top. Not only is it slimming but looks intentional.

I’m obsessed with the Who What Wear line at Target. You don’t see me in pink florals all that often, but this is a great piece to wear into fall and a fun addition to my wardrobe. Not to mention, it was inexpensive! Checkout the other pieces in this collection.

I don’t always wear neutrals, but when I do, I choose printed leather shorts. I got these 3.1 Phillip Lim leather shorts at Luxury Garage Sale, and I have to say, they are one of my favorite finds. You won’t see these around; plus, you can wear them all seasons. For those Dallasites out there, you know it doesn’t get too cold. I will wear these into the winter with a chunky sweater.
Unfortunately, I purchased this outfit this summer in New York, and it’s no longer available. I’ve attached other matching sets that do the trick!
I wore this last weekend to SMU’s boulevard against TCU. The Mustangs lost, but this outfit kept me fairly cool during a hot afternoon game. Enjoy your last few moments of warm weather!
